After-sale service:

The after-sales service of this product is carried out in strict accordance with the "Hong Kong consumer rights and interest’s protection law" and "Hong Kong product quality law". The service contents are as follows:

 

  1. return and exchange policy

  2. Within 7 days from the date of purchase of the machine (the date of purchase of the machine by the customer of Sound Fun shall be calculated according to the date of receipt), if the product is not opened or the performance failure is caused by non-human damage, please ensure that the package accessories are complete and non-damaged to support the return of goods.When returning goods, the user shall present valid purchase voucher and return the invoice.The user shall guarantee that the returned commodities shall maintain their original quality and function, their appearance shall be intact, and the trademarks and all kinds of logos of the commodities themselves and accessories shall be complete and complete.If the goods are damaged artificially, the packing boxes are missing and the spare parts are missing, the goods shall not be returned.The logistics expenses incurred when returning the goods shall be borne by the user.

  3. Within 15 days from the date of purchase (the date on which the customer purchases the machine is calculated according to the signing date on the website of Sound Fun), if there is any non-human damage performance failure, after the detection and confirmation, we will handle the replacement business for the user and replace the whole set of goods.After replacement, the warranty period of the product itself shall be recalculated. 

 

Ⅱ. Warranty policy

After 15 days from the date of purchase (the date of purchase for online shopping customers at Sound Fun shall be calculated according to the signing date), during the warranty period, if any non-human damage occurs to the product, the product shall enjoy free warranty service upon detection and confirmation.The warranty period is one year.(the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of invoice. If the invoice cannot be provided, it shall be calculated 30 days after the date of manufacture shown in the S/N code of the host computer).

 

 Ⅲ. Non-warranty terms

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Damage caused by accidental or man-made factors;

  2. Damage caused by irresistible factors (such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.);

  3. The warranty period has been exceeded;

  4. No warranty card, invoice or information inconsistent with the invoice;

  5. Any damage caused by not using, maintaining and adjusting according to the requirements of the manual;

  6. Fault or damage caused by forced use of the product beyond normal use conditions;

  7. Dismantle or repair without authorization of Sound Fun;

  8. Maliciously damage the contents and product information of the warranty card, including fuzzy damage, self-tearing, tampering, etc.;
